In April 2019, the automatic conveyor transmission system, custom-designed by Esseniot, was officially launched at Jiangxi Cancer Hospital. This marked the first instance of a large hospital in Jiangxi Province adopting an automated logistics transmission system, signifying the transition of Jiangxi's hospitals from traditional manual delivery to a fully automated mechanical delivery era!
Jiangxi Cancer Hospital (Jiangxi Second People's Hospital), covers an area of 82,000 square meters with a total construction area of 96,000 square meters, including 64,600 square meters of medical facilities. As a Grade III-A cancer hospital and the provincial cancer research center, it integrates medical treatment, prevention, education, and research. The hospital has 1,650 approved beds and 1,225 operational beds, with 22 functional departments, 22 clinical departments (19 inpatient areas), and 11 technical departments. By adopting Esseniot intelligent automatic conveyor transmission system, the hospital has pioneered a new model of automation in Jiangxi's healthcare sector.
Jiangxi Cancer Hospital has installed 49 automatic conveyor transmission stations, including 5 main dispatch points: the pharmacy, central pharmacy, central supply, intravenous configuration center, and main control center. Esseniot conveyor system, utilizing transfer boxes with a maximum load capacity of 50kg, enables faster, more efficient, cost-effective, and safer item transportation within the hospital. It has received unanimous praise from the medical staff.
